Seek To Rebuild Towns Over, Inc. (S.T.a.R.T. Over) engages in the not for profit business of educating individuals and companies, starting new businesses, rebuilding small communities and towns.
We are currently established in Weir KS and are currently accepting donations to revitalize the downtown of Weir. Once the downtown area is complete, we will be focusing our efforts on other communities in the area in need of downtown renovation to help boost local economies.
All donations are tax deductible and will be placed in a fund for the revitalization of the town we are currently working in.
We will also have educational programs in place, held once a month for startup and established businesses. They include: sexual harassment, hiring the right employee, communication as a key, bookkeeping for beginners, payroll taxes and other classes that will be helpful in the business, whether this is an established business or a new one.
Section 170(b)(1)(A)(ii) of the Code describes an "educational organization" as an organization that normally maintains a regular faculty and curriculum and normally has a regularly enrolled body of pupils or students in attendance at the place where its educational activities are regularly carried on.
